This role is built for a marketing operations professional who excels at building, deploying, and optimizing sophisticated lifecycle campaigns and automated workflows. You will take ownership of the technical execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring precise audience targeting and flawless delivery.
Job Responsibility
Design, build, and launch complex automated nurture tracks, drip campaigns, and transactional email workflows
Segment database lists based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to ensure highly targeted messaging
Perform rigorous QA testing on email rendering across multiple devices, browsers, and email clients to ensure responsive design standards
Maintain a clean marketing database, monitoring opt-outs, bounce rates, and ensuring strict compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations
Implement continuous testing methodologies for subject lines, content layouts, and call-to-actions to lift open and click-through rates
Track and report on key deliverability and engagement metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations for the broader marketing team
Requirements
3+ years of dedicated experience in email marketing and marketing automation
Enterprise-level proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo is highly preferred
Proven experience supporting campaigns within B2B, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors is strongly preferred
Comfortable making minor HTML/CSS adjustments to email templates
Solid understanding of data relational structures and experience using Google Analytics to track campaign attribution
