We’re looking for a technical Email Automation Specialist to join us for a 6-month sprint. You aren't just sending emails; you’re building the logic, segments, and workflows that keep our customers engaged. You should be someone who enjoys the 'puzzle' of automation—making sure the right data triggers the right message at the exact right moment.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end setup of complex lifecycle journeys (onboarding, retention, and win-back)
Use behavioral data to build dynamic audiences—ensuring our users never get an irrelevant email
Use tools like Litmus to ensure every email looks great on both a dark-mode iPhone and a desktop Outlook client
Run A/B tests on everything from subject lines to 'from' names, turning data into better conversion rates
Keep an eye on the 'health' of our sender reputation and manage list hygiene
Requirements:
Mastery of [HubSpot / SFMC / Klaviyo / Marketo] is essential
Experience connecting data via Zapier, Make, or Segment
Ability to navigate and sync data within [Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics]
Comfortable hard-coding responsive emails (and knowing which CSS tricks won't work in Gmail)
Proficiency with Liquid, AMPScript, or SQL to pull custom audience lists and personalize content
Expert use of Litmus or Email on Acid for cross-client testing
Ability to track performance using GA4 and build clear reports in Looker Studio or Excel
Candidates must reside in the Greater Atlanta area
