Job Responsibility

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Salesforce email marketing automation campaigns
  • SME on Salesforce Marketing Automation
  • oversee & enhance email nurture programs, segmentation, personalization, lead scoring, & lifecycle campaigns
  • build, manage paid social media strategies & campaigns
  • develop & optimize campaign performance across digital channels
  • partner across teams to align CRM data, workflows, reporting, & campaign execution
  • manage digital initiatives tied to landing pages, web experiences, analytics, and conversion optimization
  • use marketing analytics and business intelligence reporting to identify trends
  • shape digital marketing roadmap while also leading day-to-day execution
  • hire, mentor, and lead a small team + remaining deeply involved in the technical work

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • proven background in marketing automation, including experience with Salesforce Marketing, Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • strong knowledge of paid media, including paid search, paid social, and broader social media strategy and campaign management
  • experience with email marketing platforms
  • proficiency in marketing analytics, web analytics, and performance reporting
  • demonstrated success managing lead nurturing, lead scoring, and lifecycle marketing programs
  • ability to lead teams
