Job Description:

Work closely with client’s team (a leading Investment Bank) to update and maintain databases and research reports on Emerging Markets Corporate Credit. We are looking for a highly motivated and methodical individual with solid excel skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate would preferably have some experience in the corporate credit market and a very good English level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare annual/quarterly opinion commentaries and reports based on fundamental analysis for a set of assigned companies in multiple industries for a global sell-side bank
  • Prepare/ Update credit models including company financials analysis, peer analysis, relative value analysis and calculations of key operating and financial metrics
  • Strong understanding of fundamental credit analysis with an ability to recommend/communicate investment recommendations
  • Regular surveillance of assigned portfolio by proactively tracking the company events (including quarterly earnings), peer group and other industry information sources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Finance / Economics / Business Administration / Accountability
  • Credit report writing and financial modelling experience
  • Excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting standards
  • Excellent Excel & database management skills
  • Ability to articulate well to clients over phone and email in English (must)
  • Understanding of local & global financial markets and industry dynamics
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Diligence and hard work
  • Independent and decisive mind set
  • Willingness to stretch and work with global clients
  • Some experience in the Research or Consulting domain would be preferred
  • Excellent English level
