Job Description:

Integra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ELK Administrator to join our technical team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in managing, optimizing, and maintaining the entire ELK stack, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our core log management and data analytics systems. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about data infrastructure and committed to enhancing system stability and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ELK stack components
  • Proactively monitor system performance and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana
  • Implement and maintain robust log parsing and data ingestion pipelines utilizing Logstash
  • Develop and optimize efficient queries and intuitive dashboards within Kibana to support essential data visualization and reporting needs
  • Partner with development and operations (DevOps) teams to seamlessly integrate ELK solutions across various application architectures
  • Provide expert technical support and conduct training sessions for team members and end-users on the effective use of ELK tools
  • Stay current with the latest ELK releases, features, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the logging and monitoring environment
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering procedures, technical specifications, and changes made to the ELK infrastructure

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of demonstrated experience as an ELK Administrator
  • Strong foundational and practical understanding of all ELK stack components: Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana
  • Proven experience in data ingestion, complex log analysis, and performance tuning within the ELK environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively, both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
  • Good verbal and written communication skills necessary to clearly convey complex technical information

Nice to have:

Prior experience with cloud technologies and containerization platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
