Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively introduce and promote exhibition opportunities to senior decision-makers within global organisations through targeted outbound (cold) calling, while also engaging and converting warm leads
  • Build, maintain, and continuously develop a strong pipeline of prospective exhibitors
  • Travel internationally to other exhibitions to pitch new business, meet existing clients, and strengthen business relationships in person
  • Accurately manage and update client interactions and sales activity using the company CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Effectively handle objections and negotiate to secure new business
  • Manage prospects throughout the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven approach with a persuasive sales style
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in a telephone-based sales role, with a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Adaptability and flexibility, able to employ a range of sales techniques to close deals
  • Resilience and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including CEOs and Presidents
