Eligibility Services Officer

• Execute desk-based eligibility monitoring activities, ensuring that all operations align with specific EU regulatory frameworks and contractual criteria
• Prepare comprehensive monitoring reports and technical documentation while liaising effectively with financial intermediaries and external stakeholders

• University degree (Master’s level) in Economics, Law, Finance, or Business Administration
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained within audit, compliance monitoring, or financial advisory
• Strong understanding of EU financial instruments (SMEs focus), guarantee schemes, and risk-sharing mechanisms
• Knowledge of State Aid regulations and ESG policies is a distinct advantage
• Full professional fluency in English
• Knowledge of other European languages is considered an asset
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with a proven ability to interpret complex legal and contractual documentation
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and a results-driven approach
