Job Description:

Medius is seeking a Elevate Functional Advisor with a focus on international engagements to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the Functional and Technical Adoption team within the Customer Success organization. You will partner with some of our most strategic, high-profile customers around the globe, helping them maximize the value of their Medius investment. As a trusted advisor, you will guide customers through their automation journey—driving adoption, optimizing workflows, and improving efficiency across processes powered by the Medius product suite.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with our live customers to help them in their efforts to achieve improved processes and increased efficiency
  • Analyze customer data to provide suggestions on improvements in order to increase a more automated workflow
  • Guide customers on best practice processes and configuration
  • Inform customers about new features and how they can impact their business
  • Support clients during test phases and go live of new features
  • Interface with peers within the global Professional Services and Customer Success teams

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of cloud-based/SaaS IT systems
  • Prior experience in Spend management, Source-to-Pay/Purchase-to-Pay
  • Structured work approach and good communication skills
  • The ability to manage several parallel tasks with good quality and control
  • Prior experiences of working as a consultant or advisor in accounting

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience working with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, or Infor M3
  • PowerBI or other reporting tools
  • Bachelor of Science or higher degree
  • French language fluency
