Job Description:

Medius is now looking for an Elevate Advisor for its ever-growing Elevate team. In this role you will play a vital role in assisting our customers in optimizing their use of Medius spend management products. The position is full-time and will be based in Europe (UK, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark or Norway). You must be able to communicate in English and local languages, both verbally and in writing. Most work is done remotely, but some travel may be required to client sites.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with key customers regularly to help them maximize the value of the Medius modules, either independently or in collaboration with Technical Consultants or other Subject Matter Experts
  • Assist customers in analyzing their current S2P/P2P processes and in driving process improvement initiatives, with best practice processes and configuration, including invoice processing, matching, and approvals
  • Tracking success of the program with Reports, Dashboards and Analytics
  • Contribute to the development of the Elevate team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience implementing Medius modules, with a focus on APA, OR Prior experience of Medius as a super user
  • Structured work approach and good communication skills
  • Ability to break down complex problems and interpret data to provide clear, actionable insights
  • Confidence in presenting findings and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders
  • The ability to manage several parallel tasks with good quality and control
  • Prior experience of working as a consultant or in accounting with source-to-pay operations with a focus on process improvements

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience working with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics D365 AX/Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, or Infor M3
  • Prior experience in Spend management, Source-to-Pay/Purchase-to-Pay
  • PowerBI or other reporting tools
  • Bachelor degree or higher
