Job Description

On behalf of our Permanent Placement department, we are looking for an Electrotechnician for a direct permanent position with a leading player in cleanroom workwear in Puurs. We are skipping the interim phase, allowing you to start immediately with a fixed contract at this brand-new site in Puurs. As an Electrotechnician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the machinery, general laundry operations, and implementing technical improvements. You won't be doing this alone: you'll work alongside an experienced colleague to ensure the site's technical operations run smoothly.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and cleanroom facilities
  • Handle general technical and operational tasks within the laundry facility
  • Proactively propose and implement technical improvements to increase efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with your technical colleagues to maintain a steady workflow

Requirements

  • Experience: A first professional experience as an electrotechnician or service technician
  • Education: A degree in electromechanics or equivalent relevant experience
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrotechnics, hydraulics, mechanics, and pneumatics. Knowledge of climate control (HVAC) is a strong asset
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, independent, and stress-resistant with strong analytical skills
  • Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is considered a plus
