Job Responsibility

  • Program and optimize major brand PLCs to ensure maximum production flow
  • Perform precise diagnostics and rapid repairs on automated and robotic systems to minimize downtime
  • Install and configure new industrial robots, including adjusting trajectories and motion sequences
  • Keep electrical schematics up to date using design software and ensure rigorous calibration of various sensors
  • Develop and improve HMI interfaces to provide an intuitive user experience for floor operators
  • Assist in commissioning new systems by integrating the latest industrial communication protocols.

Requirements

  • Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or an AEC in Automation or Industrial Electronics, paired with a valid License C
  • 5 to 10 years of solid, relevant experience in a similar role involving complex systems
  • Advanced proficiency in PLCs and a natural aptitude for industrial robotics
  • High level of autonomy and sharp analytical skills to solve diverse technical challenges
  • Basic understanding of building mechanics, including electrical and plumbing concepts
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French to collaborate with various technical partners.
