Design and build smart test solutions that power world-class electronics and keep production performing at its best. We’re looking for an Electronics Testing Engineer to design, develop, and execute robust production testing solutions that verify the functionality, performance, safety, and quality of our electronic products.
Job Responsibility:
Designing and building high-quality production test fixtures and equipment
Collaborating with R&D and NPI teams to support new product introduction
Ensuring all test equipment meets safety regulations and compliance standards
Providing responsive factory support to resolve test system issues and maintain production targets
Recording and managing fixture updates, script changes, and ECN documentation
Sourcing and liaising with external suppliers for parts and servicing test equipment
Maintaining safe, organised working environments aligned with 6S principles
Contributing ideas that drive continuous improvement in testing processes and systems
Requirements:
A minimum NZCE or relevant qualification in Electronics
Experience in similar electronics testing or technical roles
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capability
An understanding of PCB design (beneficial)
Practical workshop skills and hands-on confidence
Clear written and verbal communication skills
A proactive mindset and commitment to quality and safety
