Job Description:

Electronics Technician II position at Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI), a government contracting agency focused on logistics, engineering, management, and information technology.

Job Responsibility:

Execute cable manufacturing operations
Train junior technicians
Ensure build compliance
Support QA inspections
Perform standard cable build, soldering, and testing under supervision
Ensure adherence to IPC Class 3 workmanship standards
Support assembly and testing processes
Review schematics and other technical documentation
Maintain, clean, and perform basic upkeep of equipment
Communicate updates and technical issues to Lead

Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship and Active DoD Secret Clearance
IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified Specialist (CIS)
J-STD-001 Certified Specialist (CIS)
Connector Assembly Qualification
Minimum 2-4 years of cable assembly experience
Ability to stand, walk, sit, use both hands, and carry/lift to 50 lbs
Ability to execute installation/lifting of heavy equipment and use of/climbing ladders
Proficiency in crimping, soldering, and harness build rework
Capable of reading and following cable drawings and travelers
