The Electronics Material Handler II is responsible for the movement, storage, and control of materials throughout the entire process from receipt to shipping or consumption/disposal. This role supports a fast-paced, technical environment and works with electronic and mechanical components such as wiring, harnesses, and motors. The position ensures materials are distributed efficiently to meet customer expectations while supporting inventory control and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Execute ERP transactions quickly and accurately
Safely move and store materials to coincide with ERP transactions
Handle and manage electronic and mechanical components (wires, harnesses, motors)
Conduct cycle counts and support reconciliations to resolve inventory variances
Identify, label, locate, and place stocked materials systematically
Pull items using pick tickets and verify physical stock on hand
Use barcode scanners for item identification
Assist with receiving or shipping products, parts, and materials as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and material flow
Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience preferred
Experience working with electronic components, wiring, motors, or small mechanical parts strongly preferred
Experience in a manufacturing, robotics, or electronics-focused environment preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems and barcode scanning tools
Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, both within and outside one's own work group
