Job Description

This position focuses on fault diagnostics and failure analysis of returned products, playing a key role in improving product reliability and customer experience. You will investigate customer returns, identify faults using structured diagnostic techniques, and analyse trends across multiple units to understand root causes. Rather than component-level repair, your work will centre on interpreting results, building insight, and feeding that back into Engineering and our manufacturing partners. You will regularly use electronic test equipment such as spectrum analysers, signal generators, and power meters to support your investigations. Previous experience in using this type of equipment is essential. You’ll work closely with Hardware, RF, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, helping to drive continuous improvement in both product design and production processes. RF experience is useful but not essential, and you’ll have the opportunity to build this knowledge as part of your development.
