Electronics Engineer - Test, System, and Hardware Integration

• Develop and optimize R&D test systems and procedures across the full product life cycle
• Collaborate with electronics developers from multiple teams, as well as internal Chipset teams, software teams, and production sites
• Troubleshoot complex systems integrating hardware, software, and embedded electronics
• Define test strategies and document procedures in line with regulatory and quality standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test approaches and share knowledge across the organization
• Perform data analysis on test results to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for product and process improvements, and present findings to relevant stakeholders

• Degree in electronics or practical technician experience
• Experience in electronics development—digital, analog, or both
• Understanding system design and integration
• Documentation skills for your own work and system designs
• Experience with mass production electronics and production test is a plus
• Basic experience with LabView or other test systems
• Ability to troubleshoot complex HW/SW systems
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, preferably in medical devices
• Having the motivation for working in an agile environment, preferably with SAFe

• Experience in agile environments, including Scrum or SAFe, is a plus
• Experience with mass production electronics and production test is a plus
