Several positions of Electronical Manufacturing are now open at Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) for different Space business: Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis), Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites). This is an opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic Technical Team focused on: Shape the future based on innovation of our products, new technologies and way of working, State of the art product consolidation, Continuous Performance improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manual soldering and assembly: mounting, welding and varnishing of conventional technology (TH) and surface mount (SMT) electronic boards
  • Flight inspection: technological and conformity control for mounting and welding of TH and SMT electronic boards, mechanical mounting inspections
  • Varnishing, sealing & gluing: automatic and manual varnishing of electronical boards, fixing components with glues, mechanical assembly and sealing, equipment and boards photography
  • Management of associated documentation: drawings, bill of material, non-conformities, repairs and modifications

Requirements:

  • Educated in Vocational Training in electronic specialty
  • Previous experience in production environment, especially in production of electronics boards/units
  • Manual dexterity and thoroughness
  • Disciplined, methodical and rigorous person
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and standards
  • Learning ability and adaptation to change
  • Proactivity, organization and autonomy
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Technical and analysis understanding
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office and Google suite

Nice to have:

  • Certification in IPC 7711/ 7721 or IPC-A-610 standards
  • ESA certification in ECSS-Q-ST-70-08, ECSS-Q-ST-70-38, ECSS-Q-ST-70-28 and ECSS-Q-ST-70-26 standards
