Job Responsibility:
Leads cable manufacturing operations
trains junior technicians
ensures build compliance
supports QA inspections
Organize and label electronic parts and materials
Operate and manage assembly and testing processes
Review schematics and other technical documentation for accuracy
Maintain, clean, and perform basic upkeep of equipment
Monitor and audit inventory items
Communicate updates and technical issues to supervisor
Use untried and untested measurement techniques
improves the performance of the equipment
Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship and Active DoD Secret Clearance
Must have IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified Trainer (CIT)
Must have J-STD-001 Certified Trainer (CIT)
Must have AS(!)) Internal Auditor Certification
Must have ability to stand, walk, sit, use both hands, and carry/lift to 50 lbs
Must be able to execute installation/lifting of heavy equipment and use of/climbing ladders
Minimum 3 years in aerospace cable/harness manufacturing
Proficiency in crimping, soldering, and harness build rework
Must have (3) years of experience in installation of hardware and/or equipment as an Electronic Assembler or Electronic Technician
Experience in reading/understanding engineering documents and drawings
