Associates Degree in Electronic Technology or related field
equivalent military experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Two (2) years’ experience as an Electronic Technician B or five (5) years related electronic technician experience
Thorough knowledge of schematic and logic circuitry and diagrams
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Job Responsibility

Performs operating duties and routine maintenance functions involving the installation of various range equipment
Performs cable pulling, wire terminating, equipment mounting, front panel control adjustments, indicator lamp replacement, lubrication, equipment inspection, and cleaning of measuring devices
Performs configuration, troubleshooting, and testing using communication and other electronic test equipment. Also completes adjustments, repairs, and fabrication of spare pieces of equipment
Remove and replaces plug-in components
Responsible for fiber-optic distributions
Assists other technicians, SMEs, and engineers in completing maintenance and engineering tasks
Maintains records and reports status
