Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Mail Router to support a large lease administration team during a leave of absence coverage assignment. This role is responsible for managing and routing high volumes of electronic communications related to thousands of lease accounts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to follow established processes, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and manage a high-volume shared email inbox
  • Review incoming emails and determine the appropriate routing path
  • Enter and track requests within Quick Base to ensure workflow continuity
  • Route communications to the correct team members based on established processes and responsibilities
  • Identify and escalate emails or requests that do not clearly fit existing categories
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency while processing electronic correspondence
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely handling of requests
  • Follow established procedures and maintain organized records

  • Strong problem-solving skills for handling unclear or unusual incoming messages

  • Previous administrative, customer support, data entry, or email management experience preferred

  • Maintaining the highest level of self-awareness and providing in-the-moment coaching, training, and mentoring to pharmacy team members while sharing best practices
  • Completing basic inventory activities, as permitted by law, and as directed by the pharmacy leadership team, such as accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories, etc.
