Minimum of 4 years of experience with SMT
Must be familiar with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) electronic components and SMT assembly process
Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications
Must be able to set-up and run automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printer, Pick and Place Machine (Fuji AIMEXII preferred), and Reflow Oven
Must be able to interpret IPC-610 standards for acceptability and customer specifications
Must be able to read prints and interpret color codes on wires and components
