What We Are Looking For: We are looking for an Electronic Gaming Host to maintain overall efficiency and operation of the Electronic Dept, maintaining the highest standard of efficiency and security in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.
Job Responsibility:
Make regular Inspections for Tampering, Repairs and Maintenance of all Gaming Electronic Units
Greet and engage guests in the electronic gaming area, providing friendly and professional service
Assist guests with machine operation, game selection, ticketing, and payouts as needed
Monitor gaming areas to ensure compliance with gambling regulations, venue policies, and safer gaming standards
Promote Metropolitan Loyalty programme and encourage guest enrolment and participation
Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly, escalating to supervisors or technicians when required
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, promotions, and payouts
Support promotional events, tournaments, and special activities on the gaming floor
Ensure all machines and areas are clean and operational
Stay up to date on current games, features, and venue promotions to provide informed assistance to guests
Collaborate with the technical and security teams to report malfunctions or suspicious activity
Follow all gaming regulations, casino policies, and safer gaming procedures
Immediately report any concerns regarding the security of the games
Report all incidents regarded as suspicious as defined by the AML training
Carry out maintenance of gaming machines/equipment
Requirements:
Must be aged 18 or above
must have the right to work in the UK
must be able to work nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week
must be flexible in scheduling
