Job Description:

Are you an experienced technician who sees breakdowns as a challenge? Do you want to use your knowledge of electricity and mechanics in the stable and high-tech food sector? Then Randstad has the perfect job for you! For a leading, modern meat processing company located in the Staden region, we are looking for a highly motivated Electromechanical Technician. As an Electromechanical Technician, you are the key person responsible for maintaining the machinery. You ensure that production runs optimally and that downtime is kept to a minimum.

Job Responsibility:

Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on the automated machine park (processing lines, packaging machines, etc.)
Diagnosing and solving complex malfunctions independently in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic areas
Performing adjustments and small installation works
Actively participating in the optimization of processes and installations
Strictly adhering to the hygiene and safety regulations applicable in the food sector

Requirements:

technical diploma (A2/A1 in Electromechanics or equivalent through experience)
excellent problem-solver with strong analytical skills
experience in the food sector is a major asset (but not essential)
flexible and willing to work in a Day Shift or Early Shift (this is the fixed regime)
speak fluent Dutch for clear communication on the shop floor
