Job Description:

Are you a handy technician with a passion for large vehicles? Do you dream of assembling and assembling trailers and special vehicles? Then Randstad has a unique opportunity for you in the Staden region! For a growing and specialised company, we are looking for a motivated Mechanic of Trailers and Special Vehicles (M/F/X) in day shift. And good news: after a successful interim period, a permanent contract is waiting for you!

Job Responsibility:

Mounting and assembling mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components on trailers and special vehicles
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams and work instructions
Carrying out quality checks on work performed
Independently solving technical problems and deviations
Cooperating with colleagues within the assembly team
Ensuring an orderly and safe working environment
Possibly perform basic welding work (if you have experience in this)

Requirements:

technical background, preferably through education (e.g. automotive engineering, bodywork, mechanics, electromechanics) or relevant experience as a mechanic
technical insight and handy
ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams
work accurately, independently and have an eye for detail
motivated, eager to learn and have a positive work attitude
team player and communicate fluently with colleagues
hold a driving licence B (own transport is a plus given the location)
willing to work the day shift
