Job Responsibility

  • Performing electromechanical assembly of robotic platforms according to detailed technical specifications
  • Utilizing hand tools, torque tools, drills, and hoisting equipment safely and effectively
  • Executing precise cable installation and wire routing
  • Rotating through various assembly stations to foster team cross-training and flexibility
  • Navigating digital work instructions via the VKS system on a computer
  • Using an ERP system to accurately track build times and input serial numbers for work orders
  • Maintaining a clean, safe workspace adhering to 5S guidelines, along with general production area and equipment maintenance
  • Handling other production duties as assigned by the team lead

Requirements

  • Completed High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven experience in manual product assembly
  • experience with wiring or cable installation is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with common tools (screwdrivers, hammers, electric drills, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and GSuite
  • ability to follow digital, English-written assembly instructions
  • Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • A positive, professional attitude with a safety-first mindset, the ability to work independently, and adaptability to changing project deadlines
