Job Responsibility

Implement and handle preventive maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs
Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building
Comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner
Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.

Requirements

One to two years of previous experience
Technical training or certification in Electromechanics, Maintenance or a related field (recognized in the EU)
Ability to read, write and understand mechanical and electrical symbolisms to interpret blueprints, schematics, and specification
Experienced in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical system
Knowledge to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, electrical panels, kitchen and laundry equipment
Ability to respond promptly to technical issues to minimize disruption to hotel operations
Ability to support general maintenance tasks when required
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation controls valued
Attention to detail and proactivity in identifying faults before they impact operations
Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Ability to work collaboratively with the Maintenance team and other departments
Fluent level of Portuguese required
English language skills preferred
Previous hotel or luxury brand experience preferred
Must hold authorization to work in a European country
Have the ability to demonstrate your unique personality and service style while achieving the brand standards that make us Four Seasons.
