Job Responsibility

  • Perform diagnosis, modification, and repair of systems
  • Interpret plans, drawings, and diagrams
  • Test wiring and make necessary modifications
  • Analyze modification requests
  • Act as technical support
  • Work in partnership with aircraft mechanics in the execution of tasks
  • Verify and confirm that the work performed on the aircraft meets Bombardier's applicable standards, rules, and regulations
  • perform service, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance for aircraft, power plants, mechanical systems and other related systems, to perform necessary modifications or functional tests, to operate the work cart for the movement of aircraft, and other related tasks

Requirements

  • DEC ou AEC en Technique d'Avionique OR Licence E OR Equivalent Canadian Diploma
  • familiar with the aircraft parts and materials and shop procedures
  • excellent mechanical skills
  • aircraft maintenance training certificate or an equivalent combination of training and experience recognized by the Employer
  • proficiency in French, both spoken and written
