Job Responsibility:
Assess and troubleshoot electro-mechanical and mechatronic components, providing detailed technical feedback
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support AI systems modeling and data annotation
Document system behaviors, performance findings, and test results with accuracy and clarity
Apply industry standards and best practices to support the training of next-generation AI technologies
Deliver insights on system optimization to improve AI learning efficiency
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written reports and verbal discussions
Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality for AI applications involving electro-mechanical systems
Requirements:
Associate’s degree or higher in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field
Demonstrated hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems, robotics, or mechatronic platforms
Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system integration
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and specifications
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting as well as within a collaborative, distributed team
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
Experience supporting AI or automation projects, especially in data labeling or technical feedback roles
Familiarity with scripting, control systems programming, or industrial software tools
Previous involvement in remote, cross-functional technical teams
