Job Description:

Join our team as an Electro-Mechanical and Mechatronic Technologist and Technician, leveraging your expertise to support leading-edge AI training initiatives. You will play an essential role in evaluating, analyzing, and enhancing electro-mechanical systems while collaborating in a dynamic, remote, and technical environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assess and troubleshoot electro-mechanical and mechatronic components, providing detailed technical feedback
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support AI systems modeling and data annotation
  • Document system behaviors, performance findings, and test results with accuracy and clarity
  • Apply industry standards and best practices to support the training of next-generation AI technologies
  • Deliver insights on system optimization to improve AI learning efficiency
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written reports and verbal discussions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality for AI applications involving electro-mechanical systems

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems, robotics, or mechatronic platforms
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system integration
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting as well as within a collaborative, distributed team
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting AI or automation projects, especially in data labeling or technical feedback roles
  • Familiarity with scripting, control systems programming, or industrial software tools
  • Previous involvement in remote, cross-functional technical teams
