Electrician

• Health & Safety first - Safety is central to every aspect of this role
• Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance within social housing settings, with occasional electrical testing requirements
• Customer focused - Enjoy working in domestic environments, engaging with residents and collaborating with your team
• Problem solving - Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively
• Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, with occasional planned refurbishment in void properties
• Emergency call out on a rota basis

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) as an Electrician, or through a similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds)
• Hold an 18th Edition certificate with AM2
• A full UK driving licence is required
• A Test and Inspect qualification is desirable but not essential
• With a genuine passion for improving people’s homes
• You bring strong customer service skills and enjoy working with others
