Electrician

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair facility electrical distribution systems, lighting, and equipment
• Work with power systems including 480/277V, 120/208V, and 120/240V environments
• Diagnose and repair electrical components such as: Motors, transformers, relays, switches, and starters
• MCC panels and circuits
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Lighting systems and controls
• Support building infrastructure including: Interior and exterior lighting systems
• Emergency and exit lighting
• Low voltage systems (data, fire, and communication systems)
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Plan and install wiring, conduit, and electrical components for new and existing equipment
• Maintain electrical service for critical systems, including data center equipment
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation, inventory, and work records
• Support general maintenance activities including shop organization and tool upkeep

• Completed electrical apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience
• Journeyman-level capability strongly preferred
• 3+ years of industrial, commercial, or facility electrical experience
• Strong understanding of motor controls and electrical distribution systems
• Experience working with VFDs and control systems
• Proficient with electrical testing equipment (voltmeters, amp meters, megohm meters, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations related to electrical work (Ohm’s Law, geometry, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience operating forklifts and aerial lifts (or willingness to be trained/certified)
