We're looking for electricians who are open to trying something different stepping into a Line Mechanic role, working on the power network that keeps entire communities running. It's a shift, no doubt. But it's one that comes with full support, proper training, and a clear path forward. About The Role: You'll be working on overhead and underground power lines installing, maintaining, and repairing infrastructure that delivers electricity across the network. Some days you'll be up a pole or in a bucket truck, other days working with a crew on fault response or upgrades. The role is hands on, it's outdoors, and no two days are really the same. You'll be part of a tight-knit team where everyone relies on each other especially when the weather turns or the pressures on. Most people we bring into this role come from an electrical background, not line mechanics. That's why we've built a proper training pathway: We'll cover the cost of your training and certifications; You'll earn while you learn no unpaid study or guesswork; Experienced crew members will mentor you along the way; You'll build towards recognised line mechanic qualifications.
