Job Responsibility:

  • Manage reactive repair works in domestic properties across the North West
  • Perform electrical installations, including changing lights, sockets, and basic plumbing
  • Conduct fire alarm and emergency testing, with training provided if needed
  • Utilise provided tools and a company van to complete tasks efficiently
  • Collaborate with a team to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Full Level 3 electrical qualifications
  • Experience in domestic electrical work or a willingness to learn
  • Strong problem-solving skills for fault finding
  • Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and service users
