Electrician

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests
• Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
• Inspect tools, equipment, or machines
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies
• Perform painting, drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement
• Test and troubleshoot equipment
• Operate shut-off valves for building utilities
• Use computer systems for air handler schedules and temperature changes
• Program TVs and perform inventory tracking
• Repair interior and exterior landscaping
• Ensure uniform and appearance meet professional standards
• Follow safety and security policies

• Driver’s License
• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus
• Ability to display basic knowledge in air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building
• Basic computer skills
