Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our clients in house maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs, installations, and refurbishment work. Your primary mission is to provide excellent fault diagnosis and customer service, ensuring homes remain safe and functional for all residents.

Job Responsibility

  • Undertake a wide range of electrical tasks per I.E.E. wiring regulations
  • Fault finding on single and three-phase installations
  • Shower replacements
  • Immersion element replacements
  • Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
  • Testing & Inspection
  • Portable Appliance Testing
  • Completing electrical installation certificates including minor works
  • Promptly notifying Qualifying Supervisor of urgent repairs or Health & Safety defects

Requirements

  • C&G 2330 and C&G 2382 (essential)
  • C&G 2391 desirable
  • full driving license
  • clean-shaven for safety mask fitting
  • ability to work within manufacturer requirements and industry standards
  • competent in using smartphones and PDAs
  • capable of working with limited supervision
  • excellent communication skills
