We're Control Freaks Hawaii, and our electricians? They're the hardest-working crew on the islands. We take pride in doing things right the first time, every time. No shortcuts. No egos. Just high-quality electrical work and a team that shows up for each other day in, day out. We're not just looking for someone who knows how to wire a panel and bend a pipe. We're looking for a true craftsperson — someone who treats every install like it's going into their own home.

Job Responsibility:

Residential and commercial electrical work – new construction, remodels, high-end custom homes, and the occasional mystery panel that hasn't been touched since the '80s
Work on integrated projects with low voltage and AV teams
Follow codes, read plans, and install clean, code-compliant, actually beautiful work
Take pride in a job well done

Requirements:

Hawaii Journeyman license (or actively working toward one)
Experience in residential/commercial electrical work
Ability to think, plan, and hustle like a pro
A deep respect for craftsmanship
Good attitude, great work ethic, and no fear of heat, ladders, or early mornings

Nice to have:

Bonus points if you can laugh at your own jokes
