Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-oriented and highly motivated Electrician to join our team of professionals. Our primary aim is to provide quality, affordable housing and services that improve the lives of our customers. As a valued member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to maintain best practices and contribute to our Vision and Values.

Job Responsibility:

  • Performing electrical tasks to high standard following Part P regulations
  • Working on properties during first and second fix stages
  • Installing electrical systems in kitchens and bathrooms
  • Assisting with electric heating projects and communal lighting
  • Ensuring all paperwork or electronic forms correctly filled out and submitted on time
  • Carrying out all aspects of electrical repairs
  • Demonstrating excellent fault-finding skills
  • Conducting installation works if necessary
  • Conducting relevant testing and certification upon completion of works
  • Being on call once every 12 weeks

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified with NVQ level 3
  • Preferably with 18th edition
  • City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent desirable
  • Background in working within domestic properties advantageous
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Basic IT literacy
  • Dedicated to delivering a customer focused service
  • Must pass Basic Level Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Must hold a full driving license
  • Must have legal right to work and reside in UK without need for Employer Sponsorship

Nice to have:

  • City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent
