Job Description:

Our business is growing and so are the opportunities for you to thrive. We are currently looking for a skilled Electrician to join our successful Response business based in the Newton Abbot area. You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance Repairs to our customers properties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting
  • attending reactive, emergency, and routine repairs
  • occasional electrical testing requirements
  • working in a domestic environment
  • emergency call out on a rota basis

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 as an Electrician, or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds)
  • 18th Edition certificate
  • AM2
  • Driving license
  • eligibility to drive in the UK
  • Test and Inspect qualification desirable
  • Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment or relevant response environment experience
  • strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills
