Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our clients in house maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs, installations, and refurbishment work. Your primary mission is to provide excellent fault diagnosis and customer service, ensuring our homes remain safe and functional for all residents.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering high-quality repairs, installations, and refurbishment work
  • Fault finding on single and three-phase installations
  • Shower replacements
  • Immersion element replacements
  • Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
  • Testing & Inspection
  • Portable Appliance Testing
  • Wiring domestic heating controls
  • Installing or replacing electric heating systems
  • Completing electrical installation certificates including minor works
  • Notifying the Qualifying Supervisor of any urgent repairs or Health & Safety defects

Requirements:

  • C&G 2330 and C&G 2382 (essential)
  • C&G 2391 qualification is highly desirable
  • Full driving license is required
  • Ability to work within manufacturer requirements and industry standards
  • Competent in using smartphones and PDAs for work scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Capable of working with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach to Health & Safety
  • Participation in Emergency Out of Hours delivery service
  • Post holders are expected to be clean-shaven to allow for the proper fitting of safety face masks
