Job Responsibility

Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policies on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety
Handle guest and employee maintenance requests in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring prompt follow-up when required
Replace burned-out fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, ballasts, switches, electrical outlets, receptacles, and associated electrical equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the hotel
Assist in maintaining motors, starters, breakers, electrical wiring, sockets, and associated equipment
Support electrical installations for renovations, additional outlets, motors, conventions, exhibitions, and special events
Perform preventive maintenance in guestrooms and public areas
Maintain records, logs, and reports of work performed and materials used
Estimate materials required for assigned work and requisition supplies when needed
Assist in installing or relocating existing and new electrical equipment
