Job Responsibility

  • Carry out electrical maintenance and fault finding across village/camp facilities to ensure safe and reliable operation of power, lighting, and utility systems
  • Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment and assist with the operation and monitoring of SCADA systems
  • Inspect, test, and maintain electrical instrumentation including sensors, transmitters, relays, meters, and control panels
  • Respond to breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and support installation or commissioning of electrical and control equipment
  • Follow site safety procedures, maintain accurate maintenance records, and work closely with facilities and maintenance teams to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Trade qualification
  • Current Electrical license
  • Certificate of competency - PLC + SCADA systems
  • Certificate IV - Electrical Instrumentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
