Job Responsibility

Carry out repairs and maintenance on all electrical systems including switchboards, lighting, dimmer racks, emergency systems, kitchen equipment and plant
Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections and repairs across guestrooms, public areas and plant rooms
Complete meter readings and maintain accurate maintenance and utility records
Perform test & tagging, emergency lighting inspections and thermographic checks
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with a professional and friendly approach
Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment, including managing stock levels
Support the Engineering Manager and wider team in achieving departmental goals and ensuring safe operations
Follow all Workplace Health & Safety procedures and report hazards or incidents immediately
Assist other engineering trades when required and uphold strong communication within the team.
