Job Responsibility

Perform calibrations on meters, gauges, controllers and sensors and all required operations of maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, machines, accessories and auxiliaries and ancillary equipment in all manufacturing areas
Troubleshoot all types of electrical equipment, calibrations on meters, gauges, controllers and sensors test, repair, and maintain all electrically powered or controlled electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components
Read electrical and instrumentation schematics, relay, PLC ladder logic diagrams to troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
Ability to troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and controls
ability to read and understand relay, ladder logic, and schematic diagrams
Follow written instructions to perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks
Use various test equipment and hand tools
