Job Responsibility

Oversee overall maintenance processes at the EPS depot in Gliwice, including maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance, yearly maintenance plans, root cause analysis (RCA), monitoring monthly/yearly OEE, handling emergency breakdowns, spare parts management, maintenance budget, process improvements, and cost optimization
Maintain equipment primarily at the Gliwice depot, additionally at Teresin and Ploiești depots
Ensure depot equipment operates efficiently and in compliance with company standards, working closely with local Technicians at our depots
Coordinate external service providers and manufacturers for planned maintenance or emergency interventions
Participate in international company projects such as opening new depots, installing new equipment, and upgrading or modernizing existing equipment
Work with specialized equipment including PLCs, sensors, and pumps
