Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Electrician for a permanent, static onsite position based at a major healthcare facility in the Fulham / West London area. You will play a crucial role in the maintenance and safety of this critical site. As the Site Electrician, you will be part of a large, supportive maintenance team. Your focus will be on the operational integrity of the building’s electrical services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Fault Finding & Repairs: Manage electrical diagnostics and repairs to ensure the optimal operation of lighting, power sockets, and pumps
  • Reactive Maintenance: Take a lead on fix-on-first-visit tasks
  • PPM Routines: Conduct comprehensive inspections and basic fire prevention measures as part of the site’s planned preventative maintenance schedule
  • Collaboration: Work effectively within a diverse technical team of 30
  • General Support: Assist with broader maintenance tasks when required

Requirements:

  • You must hold your 18th Edition wiring regulations
  • A Level 3 electrical qualification is preferred, but we are open to Level 2 candidates with strong experience
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance with a particular strength in fault finding
  • The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • A high standard of workmanship and a focus on safety within a busy, public-facing environment.
