Requirements

Proven experience in a handyman or general maintenance role, ideally within a commercial or public-sector environment
Competent in basic carpentry (locks/hinges), painting, and minor plumbing
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a large team and communicate with site staff
A proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship

Job Responsibility

Fabric repairs including changing ceiling tiles, repairing door locks and hinges, and basic painting and decorating
Minor plumbing such as clearing toilet blockages and unblocking sinks
Performing basic planned preventative maintenance (PPM) routines, including visual safety and condition inspections
Taking ownership of daily work orders to resolve minor building issues quickly and efficiently
Working alongside electricians, plumbers, and mechanical engineers to deliver high-quality maintenance services across the site
