Electrical Testing Engineer

• Design, develop, and execute electrical testing procedures for fiber optic cables, connectors, transceivers, and related systems
• Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures, and provide detailed reports on product performance
• Engage in prototyping, testing, and measuring fiber optic components to ensure top-tier performance and reliability
• Document test results and technical processes with accuracy and clarity
• Support new product development by providing feedback on testability and reliability
• Participate in technical training, quality assurance, and safety programs to enhance your expertise
• Adhere to and promote Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Information Security policies, ensuring the highest professional standards

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Problem solving, self-motivated and results oriented with a strong can-do mentality
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Hands-on mentality, skills at using hand tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Polytechnic School required)
• Hands-on mindset with a proactive approach to working with prototypes, testing equipment, and measurement tools—both in the lab and in the field
• Familiarity with fiber optics is a plus
• Strong command of English (written & spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness and Ability to travel as required
