Job Description:

Electrical Technician – Nights - Rail Assets. Working Monday to Thursday NIGHTS 10pm to 6am (32 Hour Week). Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise a team to support the maintenance of the Rail Network
Management of Assistant Technicians and Sub Contractors
Conduct planned and reactive maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical rail assets
Carry out fault diagnostics and repair
Provide written reports on works carried out

Requirements:

Experienced Electrical Technician within an Engineering or Rail environment
Experience in maintaining complex plant, structures and equipment including maintenance and renewal activities
Experience of working within an ISO9001 organisation
Communicate effectively across the business, including written reports
Electrically bias, responsible for carrying out Overhead Line Isolations
