As an Electrical Technician, you will have a vital part in guaranteeing the smooth operation of our electrical equipment.
Job Responsibility:
Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and associated equipment such as valves, motors, turbine and/or PD meters, sampling systems, relief systems, and other electrical devices
Coordinating activities with Supervisors, Planners/Schedulers, Mechanical Technicians, Electricians Technicians, CCO, Regional Support, contractors, and PLM to plan, schedule, and complete all work safely and efficiently
Ensuring all maintenance work aligns with regulations and company Operation & Maintenance (O&M) procedure requirements
Being on call as required for emergency responses and maintenance
Completing and staying current on all required safety and technical training
Maintaining facility records and updating drawings as necessary
Adhering to all company policies
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience and Journeyperson Electrical with provincial or interprovincial certification
2 to 5 years of experience in an industrial field or Enbridge field department
Class 5 driver’s license in good standing
Proven strong work ethic, good computer skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive team attitude
