Electrical Supervisor

• Facilitate and promote a safe and positive working environment for all employees under your direction
• Provide leadership, guidance, and open communication to your team while identifying opportunities to reduce downtime and repair costs
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and maintenance objectives are consistently met or exceeded
• Train and mentor employees, design work schedules, and delegate responsibilities effectively
• Document and schedule predictive, preventative, and corrective equipment maintenance
• Coordinate electrical work execution and collaborate with other maintenance teams to minimize unscheduled downtime
• Order parts and materials as needed and prepare reports for management
• Maintain high standards of work performance and professional conduct

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment
• 10+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician with specialized skills in PLCs
• thorough knowledge of plant equipment and operations
• expertise in electronic maintenance systems and familiarity with OSHA regulations
• strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• knowledge or experience in lumber manufacturing is considered an asset
