Job Description:

Our company is a multinational corporation specializing in the data center industry. Our vision is to become a world-class data center solutions provider, committed to meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations for high reliability and high availability in mission-critical applications. With a diverse portfolio of projects across Malaysia, they are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team for the Data Center project.

Job Responsibility:

Assist immediate superior in managing daily on-site operations
Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, procedures, and instructions
Ensure site supervisors oversee work to meet required quality standards
Ensure site supervisors oversee work to meet completion deadlines
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior
Quickly adapt to and understand all types of installation and construction drawings
Supervise, train, and manage site supervisors
Plan weekly and monthly activities to optimize the use of materials and manpower
Prepare monthly progress reports on work activities

Requirements:

Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
Candidates with a diploma or higher and relevant experience will also be considered
Strong team spirit, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
Willingness to work long hours
Preferably have 3 years of experience in the construction industry, especially in big scale projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
