Electrical Superintendent

• Oversee field operations and manage a team of Foremen and field personnel
• Develop project budgets in collaboration with Project Managers while ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Create detailed schedules and manage labor, materials, and equipment allocations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of project requirements
• Maintain daily logs of job site operations and report progress to management

• 5+ years of experience in supervising commercial electrical construction projects
• Journeyman or Master Electrical License and extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code
• Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in project management software and business communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Ability to read and interpret plans and project specifications with keen attention to detail
• OSHA 30 preferred

Ability to speak Spanish / bilingual is a plus
